No. We have a wide variety of questions, and your next complete test gives you fresh prompts — including when you buy more tests later. Keep using the same email so we know which questions you’ve already seen. New tests are offered only while we have new questions for you.
Yes. You can come back and buy whichever pack you want, as often as you need. Use the same email so your new tests are added to your balance and you don’t receive a question you have already seen. Each purchase is a one-time payment.
Yes. You can pause, leave and come back to the same test. Your completed answers are kept, and when you come back you continue with the tasks you haven’t answered. Each question stays hidden until you start it. You receive the overall estimate and the feedback for every task once all eight are answered.
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or monthly charge. You pay again only if you choose to buy another pack.
Each email address is its own account. If you buy with a different email than the one you practise with, you will have a free demo on one and your tests on the other. Use the same email to keep everything together.
Yes. Each complete test is 8 tasks. You can also use one of those tasks to practise a single task type again, with a new question. Single tasks get feedback but no overall estimate.
Each task is answered once: after you send your answer, you can’t record a new one for that task. If your answer didn’t reach us, you can send the same recording again. To practise that task type again, use another task from your tests; it comes with a new question.
If our evaluation fails after several tries, or we can’t transcribe your recording because of a problem on our side, that task is given back to you automatically. A recording with no speech in it is not given back, so check your microphone before you start.
